Where do the items come from?
All judogis and belts are sourced from approved martial arts suppliers where the Samurai is an approved retailer.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Some judogi and belts are kept in stock and are able to be delivered to your child at their next lesson. Occasionally, if we are out of stock, we will order them from our suppliers and they deliver within 10 days. On the very rare occasion, our suppliers are sometimes out of stock, but the kits return to stock within a matter of weeks, if this happens to your order you'll receive an email to notify you.
What is your returns policy?
Do you do free returns?
Unfortunately, we do not yet provide free returns. You can return items via your local post office but this service is not paid for and this cost will be your responsibility. Please note, we recommend sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us.
What do I do if I have a faulty item?
Do you refund the delivery charge?
Unfortunately we do not refund delivery charges on any orders. To avoid delivery costs, return any unwanted items directly to Paul at a class.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently only can exchange judogis and belts. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process any other exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please see Returns Policy above.
