Where do the items come from?


All judogis and belts are sourced from approved martial arts suppliers where the Samurai is an approved retailer. All other items are manufactured and shipped from Europe.




How long does it take to receive my order?


Some judogi and belts are kept in stock and are able to be delivered to your child at their next lesson. Occasionally, if we are out of stock, we will order them from our suppliers and they deliver within 10 days. On the very rare occasion, our suppliers are sometimes out of stock, but the kits return to stock within a matter of weeks, if this happens to your order you'll receive an email to notify you. All other garments will be delivered directly to your address within 14 days.




What is your returns policy?


We strongly recommend trying on any judo suits before a class or practice session. This is because once worn and washed the gis cannot be returned. If a suit does not fit, please keep it in it's original packaging and notify Paul who will exchange this for the correct size at the child's next class (subject to availability). All other garments have a return policy of 21 days after purchase. We only accept items returned in their original condition and packaging to the following address: 4 Ffordd Tyn Y Coed, Swansea, SA6 5PP We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of delivery to us, at which time we will issue a full refund via your original payment method and will follow up with a return confirmation email.




Do you do free returns?


Unfortunately, we do not yet provide free returns. You can return items via your local post office but this service is not paid for and this cost will be your responsibility. Please note, we recommend sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us. To avoid return payments, please return any unwanted items directly to Paul at a class.




What do I do if I have a faulty item?


We apologise if you have received a faulty item! So we can get this resolved, please send a photo of the damaged goods to paulwilliams1301@hotmail.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. We may ask you to return this item with the cost of delivery refunded to you.




Do you refund the delivery charge?


Unfortunately we do not refund delivery charges on any orders. To avoid delivery costs, return any unwanted items directly to Paul at a class.




Can I exchange an item?


We currently only can exchange judogis and belts. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process any other exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please see Returns Policy above.
